Job Summary
Conduct Thai-language technical discovery sessions with engineering, finance, and platform teams to assess cloud environments, FinOps maturity, and operational goals. Lead Proof of Value exercises, deliver tailored demonstrations of DoiT Cloud Intelligence, and build business cases and ROI analyses for executive audiences. Partner with AWS field teams and local distributors to drive co-sell motions, support partner-led pipeline, and execute well-architected framework reviews. Design and implement cost optimization, security, and automation improvements using Terraform and CI/CD workflows while acting as a DCI power user to embed analytics into customer observability. Represent the product at regional events, translate customer feedback into product roadmap input, and ensure accurate documentation in internal systems.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level Thai fluency (spoken and written)
- Professional working proficiency in English
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating production workloads on AWS
- Ability to reason across compute, storage, networking, IAM, and observability
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role — Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Field/Forward Deployed Engineering
- Depth in at least one technical domain: cloud infrastructure, data & analytics, or ML/GenAI
- Practical FinOps and cloud cost management judgment
- Practical observability experience: monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Understanding of tools in the ecosystem such as Datadog, New Relic, ServiceNow, and cloud-native equivalents
- Automation mindset with coding or scripting ability
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling
- Strong data analysis skills
- Comfort navigating large data sets and spreadsheets
- Ability to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and reconciliation needs
- Ability to take complex pieces of technology and explain them in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience presenting to executive-level prospects and customers
- Comfort working in a metric-driven environment
- Ability to report on and improve business performance against monthly KPIs
- Experience working in an account-team model across multiple functions (AE, CSM, AM, TAM) and time zones

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with GCP or Azure
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, Advanced Networking, Machine Learning) or FinOps Certified Practitioner
- Prior experience working with or alongside AWS partner programs (MAP, WAFR, GenAI accelerators)
- Experience within an AWS Partner / MSP / SI
- Background in FinOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Experience with cloud cost management or cloud intelligence platforms such as DCI
- Datacenter and hypervisor experience (e.g. VMware) in the context of migration to cloud
- Experience with modern technical selling best practices, including trial, demo, POV, and RFP processes
- Contributions to open source
