Solutions Engineer, DoiT Cloud Intelligence — Thai Speaking

Job Summary
Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions with Thai enterprises, MSPs, and Systems Integrators to understand cloud environments and FinOps maturity. Own and drive Proof of Value exercises, delivering tailored demonstrations of DoiT Cloud Intelligence in Thai and English to showcase cost visibility and optimization insights. Build business cases and ROI analyses for engineering and executive audiences while collaborating with AWS field teams on co-sell motions and partner-led pipeline growth. Act as a hands-on cloud engineer to design improvements in cost efficiency, security, and automation, leading architecture deep dives and Well-Architected assessments. Convert field work into reusable assets such as playbooks, Terraform modules, and technical content for internal enablement and external events. Translate customer pain points into structured feedback for Product and Engineering to shape the Cloud Intelligence platform roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level Thai fluency (spoken and written)
- Professional working proficiency in English
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating production workloads on AWS
- Ability to reason across compute, storage, networking, IAM, and observability
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role — Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Field/Forward Deployed Engineering
- Depth in at least one technical domain: cloud infrastructure, data & analytics, or ML/GenAI
- Practical FinOps and cloud cost management judgment
- Practical observability experience: monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Understanding of tools in the ecosystem such as Datadog, New Relic, ServiceNow, and cloud-native equivalents
- Automation mindset with coding or scripting ability
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling
- Strong data analysis skills
- Comfort navigating large data sets and spreadsheets
- Ability to take complex pieces of technology and explain them in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience presenting to executive-level prospects and customers
- Comfort working in a metric-driven environment
- Experience reporting on and improving business performance against monthly KPIs
- Experience working in an account-team model across multiple functions (AE, CSM, AM, TAM) and time zones

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with GCP or Azure
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, Advanced Networking, Machine Learning) or FinOps Certified Practitioner
- Prior experience working with or alongside AWS partner programs (MAP, WAFR, GenAI accelerators)
- Experience within an AWS Partner / MSP / SI
- Background in FinOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Experience with cloud cost management or cloud intelligence platforms such as DCI
- Datacenter and hypervisor experience (e.g. VMware) in the context of migration to cloud
- Experience with modern technical selling best practices, including trial, demo, POV, and RFP processes
- Contributions to open source
