Job Summary
Solutions Engineer role serving as the technical lead between clients, partners, and internal teams with responsibilities to develop and deliver value stories, contribute to global sales and GTM strategy, and enable channel partners. The role requires cybersecurity expertise, strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, experience in presenting complex security solutions to clients and channel partners, and travel regionally with potential international travel to client sites. Strong emphasis on building direct relationships with high-value customers, discovering quantifiable value statements, and driving platform deals while staying current with cybersecurity trends.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a sales engineering role
- Experience in cybersecurity is required
- Advanced and recognized global industry expert
- Strong knowledge in both on-premises and cloud networking and technologies
- Ability to consult at all levels (C-level, SOC, engineers, buyers, etc.)
- Experience in presenting highly technical Network Security Solutions to Clients and Channel Partners within region
- Hands-on experience in Cloud Security, Email Security, Application Security, Operational Technology, External Attack Surface Management, and Incident Response is highly desirable
- Proven track record of developing and nurturing relationships with Partners’ technical and sales resources
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
