Job Summary
Develop client-facing solutions, including Statements of Work and Bills of Material, with a bias toward speed, iteration, and forward progress. Collaborate with Sales and internal technical teams to translate client requirements into clear, supportable architectures aligned with Corsica standards. Consult directly with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, document assumptions, and adjust solutions as new information becomes available. Partner with delivery teams to ensure sales-scoped solutions are actionable and ready for implementation while accurately documenting time and progress in the PSA. Contribute to product evaluations and proofs of concept as needed. This full-time role operates remotely Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overnight travel to other Corsica locations. Requires 7+ years of hands-on IT experience and proficiency with Autotask CRM/PSA.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT, including roles in engineering, systems, networking, cloud, security, or related technical disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading pre-sales solution design, scoping, or consulting activities.
- Ability to quickly assess technical requirements, identify key risks and dependencies, and guide solutions through all stages of the sales process to drive successful client outcomes.
- Ability to balance strategic solution design with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment.
- Ability to exercise strong independent judgment, make informed assumptions, and move work forward with limited oversight.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet aggressive timelines without sacrificing forward progress.
- Consistently meets or exceeds client and corporate expectations for responsiveness, quality, professionalism, and technical expertise.
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous requirements into actionable solutions.

- Must be available for occasional overnight travel to other Corsica locations.
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ year in Solutions Engineer or similar role
- Experience with Autotask CRM/PSA.
