Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization within CorpOS, collaborating with cross-functional teams across People, Finance, and Legal to automate key business functions, analyzing current systems to identify improvements, leading system-centric projects from definition through delivery, integrating with vendors and third-party providers, and partnering with internal software teams to build or buy solutions while providing guidance and training to stakeholder groups.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems in manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred)
- Experience as a sole administrator (limited reliance on external resources to execute on projects)
- Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- U.S. Person status is required
- Ability to be in-office full time and travel up to 25% to visit other offices for hands-on instruction and assistance
