Solutions Engineer, Cloud Business

Solutions Engineer (Cloud) acts as the technical bridge between Sales and pre-sales customers, guiding deployment of Trend Micro Next-Gen security solutions, delivering engaging technical demonstrations, and training sales and channel partners to articulate product advantages. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs and security gaps, shaping customer technical strategy, delivering demonstrations to all levels of an organization, collaborating with Product and Marketing to maintain current knowledge, conducting webinars/workshops, and enabling the sales organization through storytelling and technical leadership. Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), SOC operations, and cybersecurity, with excellent communication and public speaking skills. Location-focused in Delhi and Bangalore, India; on-site engagement expected. Continuous self-improvement and active participation in technical communities and events are encouraged.
