Job Summary
Solutions Engineer role focused on federal customers, shaping Scale’s offerings for government use cases. Responsibilities include becoming expert on Scale products end-to-end, creating tailored demonstrations and collateral for federal stakeholders, partnering with Account Executives to deliver customer pilots, ingesting external datasets to solve government use cases, and interfacing with customers daily to understand pain points and design Scale solutions. Collaborates with internal product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into Scale capabilities and showcases Scale products aligned with public sector missions. Requires a strong engineering background, proficiency with programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Bash), experience with public sector customers, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Based in the Washington, DC area or willing to relocate. Background in AI/ML, particularly Generative AI and Large Language Models, is valued.
