Job Summary
Solutions Engineer responsible for pre-sales support across sales, account management, customer success, and product teams. Lead technical architecture discussions with CTO/CIO, conduct demos and proofs of concept, coordinate security audits and requirements scoping, and drive proposal creation. Act as a trusted advisor with industry expert practices, bridging technical product capabilities to business challenges, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Development, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across pre- and post-contract delivery. Requires strong presentation and communication skills, experience with data management or investment management domains, and willingness to travel internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience as a solutions engineer or consultant to private market investors or Fortune 500
- Experience in infrastructure, real estate, private credit, private equity, private market diligence, fund management, or process consulting (preferred)
- Ability to travel ~30%-50%, including internationally
