Job Summary
Support enterprise customers as they adopt BugSnag to improve application stability and software quality. Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and customer evaluations. Work directly with clients to understand application monitoring challenges and provide guidance on integrating BugSnag into modern development workflows. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to share feedback and continuously expand knowledge of observability and cloud technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Software Engineering, QA, or a customer-facing technical role
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals and debugging techniques
- Experience with APIs, JavaScript, Java, .NET, Python, mobile development, or similar technologies
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- A curious mindset with a passion for learning new technologies
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and Engineering
