Job Summary
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients of the GlobalLink suite, coordinating installations, configurations, and upgrades. Gather client requirements to craft and document technology solutions, then execute them through development, testing, QA, and launch. Assist clients in language enabling their content management systems while acting as the escalation point for support issues. Manage parallel implementations across multiple clients, ensuring launch deadlines are met with proper risk analysis. Communicate client requirements to Product Management for new features and bug fixes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
- Experience in web technologies (web servers, application servers etc.)
- Experience with Linux and MySQL or equivalent
- Experience with product management techniques
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective time management skills
- Strong documentation skills
