Solutions Engineer, APAC

Job Summary
Lead technical discovery with prospective clients, translating complex problems into concrete simulation designs and preparing demonstrations for senior stakeholders. Partner with the commercial team as the technical point of contact throughout the sales process, then support the transition to delivery by working alongside the deployment team to ensure scoped solutions are implemented. Serve as a feedback channel into product and engineering to communicate client needs and inform platform priorities. Communicate complex, data-heavy findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. This role is based in Singapore with a 5-day in-office schedule, requiring candidates to be located within the country or open to relocation.
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years in a solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or data and analytics role
- Experience owning technical workstreams or client relationships
- Technical fluency and comfort reasoning about how systems fit together
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot solutions directly
- Self-direction in ambiguity to shape unclear requests into structured technical workstreams
- Ability to raise issues early and deliver with limited oversight
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency with complex data
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in writing and in person
- Comfort representing Aaru in senior client settings
- Ability to maintain credibility with experienced stakeholders
- Preparedness to work fully in person
- Genuine interest in AI
- Location within Singapore or openness to relocation

- Experience operating across multiple countries in the APAC region
- Ability to navigate commercial, cultural, and regulatory differences between markets
- Experience carrying technical engagements through their full lifecycle, from initial scoping to delivery and iteration over time
