Job Summary
Solutions Engineer at Lakera (Check Point company) in Amsterdam, hybrid/onsite role. You’ll be the primary technical point of contact for prospects, translating requirements into platform-based solutions and architecting with Check Point's AI Defense Plane. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to accelerate sales velocity, onboard customers, and shape the product experience. Responsibilities include designing solutions aligned with customer infrastructure, developing and maintaining technical guides for pre-sales and post-sales workflows, supporting product configuration and minor changes for implementations, collecting prospect feedback to influence the roadmap, and building scalable playbooks for the Solutions Engineering function. Must bring 5+ years in related roles, proven ability to manage relationships with large enterprises, proficiency in Python/JavaScript, experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and ideally Docker/Kubernetes/Terraform, and strong communication skills. Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment and enthusiastic about secure, ethical AI implementation. Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Logistics: Hybrid in-office culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role
- Proficiency coding in Python and Javascript
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience navigating security, compliance, and IT processes for large enterprises
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing presentation ability
