Job Summary
Lead AI Agent workshops and facilitate technical discovery sessions with prospective customers to define use cases and align on implementation scope. Own the AI Agent technical narrative end-to-end, partnering with Core Solutions Engineers to drive early engagement, qualify deals, and support high-stakes demonstrations. Build financial ROI models with Sales Directors to frame business value for economic buyers while collaborating with Forward Deployed PMs to ensure smooth pre-sale-to-deployment handoffs. Synthesize patterns from opportunities to provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering, accelerating the roadmap. Elevate team fluency through enablement, playbooks, and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- at least 1–3 years in pre-sales selling to large enterprises
- Hands-on experience designing, building, or selling AI Agents or agentic AI systems
- familiarity with agent frameworks
