Solutions Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer to join our team to support the Nordic Sales Team and drive technical excellence in customer engagements. Responsibilities include acting as the technical expert for Access networking solutions, leading technical aspects of bids and tenders, managing the RFX process, providing direct technical support for major accounts, and delivering customer demonstrations and training. Strong expertise in Access Technologies including PON and Carrier Ethernet is required, with optical networking experience as an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Good science / engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of Access network solutions
- Experience with network providers, data centre, or telco / router equipment supplier area
- Fluent in English skills, both spoken and written
- Considerable presentation and meeting management experience
