Job Summary
Solutions Engagement Specialist at UPS one of the world's largest logistics providers. Responsibilities include the technological onboarding of new customers and the ongoing development of existing shipping processes in close collaboration with sales teams; advising national and international corporate customers on tailored logistics and IT solutions in both digital and operational contexts, including detailed process analyses and presentation of customer-specific concepts, coordination of implementation, and cross-functional project steering. Requires ability to engage stakeholders, coordinate with delivery teams, and communicate fluently in German and English. On-site work with customers in Stuttgart area (Germany) with potential virtual/remote collaboration where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred
- German and English language proficiency
- Experience in B2B or B2C business is advantageous
- Strong communication and ability to inspire others
- Bachelor-level or equivalent in economics, informatics, or logistics (beneficial)
