Job Summary
Lead our most complex enterprise deployments as the executive sponsor for Fortune 500 customers, partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders to navigate organizational complexity and mitigate deployment risk. Re-architect implementation methodologies and governance frameworks to support hyper-growth, while mentoring a team of Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects to cultivate the next generation of professional services leaders. Establish rigorous project health monitoring and quality assurance standards to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and net revenue retention. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership to translate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap inputs and pre-sales scoping improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, professional services, solutions architecture, or management consulting
- at least 4+ years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity at a SaaS or B2B enterprise technology company
- Demonstrated success overseeing complex, multi-workstream deployments for large-scale enterprises
- integrations with major ERPs like Workday, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
