Job Summary
Lead our most complex enterprise deployments as the executive sponsor for Fortune 500 customers, partnering with C-suite stakeholders to navigate organizational complexity and ensure time-to-value. Re-architect implementation methodologies and governance frameworks to support hyper-growth, while mentoring a team of Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects into strategic advisors. Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer feedback into product roadmap inputs. Establish rigorous project health monitoring and quality assurance standards to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and net revenue retention.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, professional services, solutions architecture, or management consulting
- at least 4+ years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity at a SaaS or B2B enterprise technology company
- Demonstrated success overseeing complex, multi-workstream deployments for large-scale enterprises
- integrations with major ERPs like Workday, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
