Job Summary
Lead executive oversight of complex, global enterprise deployments, serving as the senior implementation authority for Fortune 500 customers and partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure time-to-value. Define scalable implementation strategies and playbooks for discovery, solution architecture, and testing, driving standardization across the team while re-architecting governance frameworks to support hyper-growth. Drive leadership development by mentoring Implementation Managers and Solutions Architects, fostering a high-performance culture through strategic guidance on project governance and stakeholder management. Establish rigorous quality standards and risk escalation frameworks to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and net revenue retention. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap inputs.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, professional services, solutions architecture, or management consulting
- at least 4+ years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity at a SaaS or B2B enterprise technology company
- Demonstrated success overseeing complex, multi-workstream deployments for large-scale enterprises
- integrations with major ERPs like Workday, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
