Solutions Director

Develop strategic, client-focused occupier solutions across Newmark's service platform for major real estate advisory and brokerage pursuits. Partner closely with market leaders, producers, subject matter experts, and pursuit teams to shape compelling, integrated solutions for complex occupier assignments. Support enterprise pursuit efforts by enhancing the ability to win and expand high-value client relationships through cross-functional collaboration and proposal strategy. This role sits within the Client Solutions Organization, directly supporting the VP of Sales & Solutions.
