Job Summary
Develop, configure, and support software and/or integrations for OCHIN’s health-care platform, collaborating with internal and external partners to design and implement solutions. Lead working sessions with members, vendors, and staff to create application solutions that fit operational needs; perform complex builds and configurations; provide mentorship and training to team members on technical design, analysis, and system enhancements; contribute across the development lifecycle from design to testing and implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing, configuring, and supporting software and/or integrations
- Ability to lead working sessions with members, vendors, and staff to design solutions
- Strong development and testing skills including complex build and configuration
- Mentorship and training capabilities to grow team competency in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements
