Job Summary
Analyze warehouse and customer requirements to design innovative intralogistics automation solutions, translating complex needs into scalable technical concepts using simulation and CAD tools. Lead end-to-end development of automation designs for internal operations and external clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to evaluate options and ensure feasibility. Prepare project budgets, schedules, and documentation while establishing design templates and best practices for group-wide standardization. Validate design decisions with implementation teams to guarantee smooth handover and performance targets. Requires 3–5 years of experience in warehouse automation or logistics system design, strong AutoCAD skills, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Lagerautomatisierung oder Logistiksystemdesign
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen, Geschäftsmodelle und Prozessanforderungen
- Sehr gute AutoCAD-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit 3D-Modellierung und Simulationstools
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Dienstreisen
- Umfassendes Know-how in Robotiksystemen, Fördertechnik und Integrationspraxis
- Erfahrung in agilen Projektumfeldern
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Bereich Lagerautomatisierung oder Logistiksystemdesign (bevorzugt im B2C-Umfeld oder bei einem Systemintegrator)
- Erfahrung in der Standardisierung von Designansätzen für die Automatisierung
