Job Summary
Design large scale systems and execute the design, development, and testing of customer and technology features while ensuring proposed tech stacks align with architectural direction. Lead brainstorming sessions to develop solutions for business needs, then present potential solutions and detailed documentation to diverse stakeholders including architects and squad members. Define solutions around risks, privacy, governance, and compliance while collaborating with software engineering teams, project managers, and applications specialists to deliver customer value. Work with programmers to develop detailed system designs and utilize microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures in containerized environments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of 10+ years in application design and / or development roles
- 15+ years in the Technology field and industry
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture including designing and architecting microservices in large scale systems and complex environments
- Understanding of DevOps including the knowledge of testing automation, AWS/Azurecloud, APIs and microservices
- Solid experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based system, Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka)
- Experience with Java(Spring boot, Spring Data, Java 8 &11,...),JavaScript/Typescript(NodeJS, ReactJS,...)
- Experience on working with containerised application and container orchestration (e.g. Docker, K8s...)
- Understanding CI/CD and its related tools (e.g. Harness, Jenkins...)
- Strong understanding of Application Security
- Experience in service integration, SDLC
- Experience on applying MS Architecture Patterns (e.g. BFF, API Gateway, Circuit breaker, Saga,...)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in the Banking domain
- Solid experience in Agile development environment
- AWS certification / Azure certification
