Job Summary
Lead the design, modelling, and optimisation of integrated warehouse and transport solutions across warehouse and transport operations. Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, IT, finance, and customers to shape practical, cost-effective, and service-led solutions for new business, renewals, and continuous improvement programmes. Develop and present proposals and business cases, analyse customer data, and evaluate automation and technology options to assess ROI. Use data-driven insights and standard modelling frameworks to drive continuous improvement and align solutions with wider supply chain strategy. Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL, CAD, WMS/TMS data, and routing software; strong ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable solutions; experience across 3PL, retail distribution, e-commerce, FMCG, or manufacturing.”,
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in logistics, warehousing, transport operations, or supply chain design
- Advanced data and modelling capability (Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar)
- Experience designing warehouse layouts (CAD) and transport/network models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience within 3PL, retail distribution, e-commerce, FMCG, or manufacturing environments
