Job Summary
Design & Deliver tailored warehouse data collection solutions using RF-SMART for the NetSuite ERP application, focusing on receiving, inventory control, picking, and light production. Advise customers on warehouse setup, receiving, and shipping best practices. Lead training sessions and provide ongoing post-Go Live support. Travel averages 30%. Manage time to meet billable targets and contribute to profitability. Tackle customer issues in NetSuite ERP or RF-SMART, propose enhancements based on customer feedback, and keep project tasks and communications organized in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in warehouse operations or ERP systems, especially NetSuite
- Clear communication and presentation skills, in person or via web demos
- Strategic and problem-solving mindset; curious to understand the full picture
- Experience with AI platforms is desirable
