Job Summary
Lead end-to-end solution design for AutoStore opportunities by translating customer requirements into validated solutions through operational analysis, material flow modelling, simulations, and 3D renderings. Act as a key technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, providing ROM estimates, ROI input, and system design support for strategic accounts. Educate and enable customers and partners via training, technical support, and best-practice guidance to help them independently develop successful AutoStore solutions. Travel within APAC as required for customer, partner, and internal engagements across different time zones. Join a small regional team within a global organization focused on warehouse robot technology and cube storage automation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in solution design, technical consulting, warehouse automation, intralogistics, or a related customer-facing technical environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate operational data and customer requirements into scalable and commercially viable solutions
- Experience developing customer-facing solution proposals using simulations, visualisations, cost estimates, and structured technical material
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience supporting commercial teams and strategic customer opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Experience with warehouse and logistics operations, ideally including ASRS, material flow, sorting, packaging, or related technologies
- Collaborative and customer-focused approach, comfortable working across regional teams and providing training and technical guidance to partners and other stakeholders
- Travel within APAC as required for customer, partner, and internal engagements
- Flexibility to work across different time zones
