Job Summary
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for supporting solution-based sales and delivering customized service solutions for high-potential opportunities and strategic client accounts. Key responsibilities include supporting sales teams with product knowledge, assisting with customer RFPs/RFIs, advising on tailored solutions, and maintaining contact with TNS customers. The role necessitates expertise in Data Networking, Software Defined WAN technologies, and familiarity with payment services and products. Technical proposals, costing models, and collaboration with internal teams are essential parts of the role. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills in French and English.
Required Qualifications
- Core Experience in Payment Connectivity (3+ Years)
- Data Networking Expertise in IP-Based Access Services
- Experience with Software Defined WAN (SDWAN)
- Vendor hardware knowledge including Cisco, Fortinet, Teltonika
- Additional Technical Knowledge in Firewalls, Cloud platforms, Linux (CLI), VMware
- 3+ Years of experience in Payment Services understanding
- Experience in Payment Acceptance Methods (3+ Years)
- Proficiency in English (C1 minimum, C2 preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant technical certifications: CCxx, NSE, etc.
- Industry standards & market trends (French Payments Market): PCIDSS, P2PE Terminal standards
- Knowledge of Payment Services Expertise including transactional message specs: ISO, Nexo, APAC’s, Prince, XML
- Experience in Payment Acceptance Methods including terminals and wallet technologies
- Language proficiency in German is desirable
