Job Summary
Support users of Google services including Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies through customer care and non-technical troubleshooting. Resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent service. Requires fluent Slovak and good English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work in rotating shifts. Start date is 25 September 2025 with a salary of 2,400 BGN gross per month. Includes a relocation package with a 300 BGN/month rental allowance, 150 BGN flight reimbursement, and real estate and administrative assistance.
