Job Summary
Solutions Consultant partners with sales/account management to discover, document, and design end-to-end solutions for clients. Acts as the technical owner of high-level solutioning and integration workflows leading into client implementation, coordinating with PMO, Implementation, QA, product management, and development to ensure timely onboarding and clear communication of capabilities and requirements. Responsibilities include needs assessment, documenting PSI capabilities, modeling practical solutions with partial client data, and delivering technical demonstrations and LOEs across multiple projects. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, pre-sales support, API/SSO integrations, and agile delivery in a remote-friendly, full-time capacity with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Business Analysis, Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS)
- 3-5+ years of solutions experience delivering quality, on-time technical delivery
- Experience in client requirements gathering with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience partnering with business development and account management teams to deliver client solutions and/or implementations
- Experience explaining technical integrations (APIs and SSO) to client IT staff during pre-sales
- Well-versed in SaaS-based solution delivery methods
- Confident in presenting technical product demonstrations to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
