Job Summary
Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales) to work between Sales, Product, and customers, supporting IDVerse’s growth across Latin America and the United States. This role explains technical solutions in clear terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, partners with Account Executives to understand business and technical requirements, translates customer needs into product capabilities and use cases, supports pre-sales discussions by positioning features and value propositions, provides guidance on implementation approaches for onboarding, captures feedback for Product/Go-to-Market teams, and contributes to internal enablement and sales training. The role supports LATAM and U.S. customers across multiple industries and does not focus on a single vertical; requires strong communication skills in Spanish and English and familiarity with AI-based identity-related products.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical role
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, simple explanations for non-technical audiences
- Experience working closely with sales teams in a consultative capacity
- Comfort engaging with customers across different industries and use cases
- Interest or familiarity with technical, AI-based, or identity-related products
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts; ability to read or understand APIs or code is a plus but hands-on coding is not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required); Portuguese is a strong plus
