Job Summary

Solutions Consultant at Lucidya will lead product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to help prospects understand how Lucidya’s CX platform fits their workflows and goals. You’ll own and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs), support complex sales cycles by handling RFIs/RFPs, and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing). You’ll work with Sales to uncover needs, design solutions addressing technical and business challenges, and help refine messaging and positioning with Product Marketing. The role requires proactive ownership, strong communication to senior stakeholders, and comfort with cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on translating business problems into clear, compelling solutions. Key activities include working closely with Sales on requirements, leading product demonstrations, delivering customer-focused solutions, aiding expansion opportunities, and ensuring smooth handoffs to onboarding and Customer Success. You are naturally curious, enjoy problem-solving in systems thinking, and can confidently present to diverse audiences in a B2B SaaS environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar or related role (Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Ops, Account Management) within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bilingual, able to communicate confidently with both Arabic and English-speaking customers
  • comfortable using tools like HubSpot, PowerPoint, and Excel, and can interpret and respond to RFPs professionally
