Solutions Consultant

$90,000–$120,000 year

HybridPhiladelphia, Pennsylvania, United States or New Jersey, United States

Full TimeLarge

Job Summary

Drive product adoption and deepen engagement across enterprise law-firm accounts by owning account-level plans, designing technical CRM configurations, and architecting seamless integrations with ERP and marketing platforms. Partner with Product and Engineering to build actionable dashboards, conduct proactive account health checks, and create scalable enablement assets that raise the baseline for every client. Support revenue growth through proof-of-concept engagements, RFP responses, and solution designs that demonstrate clear business value. This hybrid role in Philadelphia or New Jersey requires 3+ days in-office collaboration and involves working with top legal firms to transform how they operate using AI and CRM technology.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, InterAction, Litera Foundation/Hub, ContactEase, or comparable legal-sector CRM)
  • Strong understanding of the legal-industry business-development lifecycle — origination tracking, relationship mapping, pitch/proposal workflows, and experience management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM data architecture: relational data models, entity-relationship design, data normalization, and data-quality management
  • Working knowledge of integration technologies — REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, middleware/iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Dell Boomi), and ETL processes
  • Experience with CRM analytics, reporting tools, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, native CRM dashboards) to derive actionable insights from customer data
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and engage audiences from end-users to C-suite
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a legal-technology vendor, legal consultancy, or within a law-firm business-development, marketing, or IT team
  • Familiarity with data-enrichment providers and contact-data ecosystems common in legal (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet, PitchBook, Manzama, ALM Intelligence)
  • Experience with GenAI-assisted CRM features — prompt engineering, AI-generated relationship summaries, and intelligent recommendations
  • CRM platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals), SQL proficiency, or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, PowerShell)
