Job Summary
Guide customers through analytics and BI implementation journeys by translating business requirements into executable plans and successful project deliveries. Build dashboards and data models in lab environments, shadow calls with architects and project managers, and actively participate in Professional Services engagements to drive data-driven change across critical clients. Configure product solutions to meet complex technical needs while navigating ambiguity and unstructured environments. Deliver customized technical presentations to stakeholders and executive sponsors, ensuring client delivery success through hands-on experience with Business Intelligence, SQL, and date modeling.
