Job Summary
Solutions Consultant specializing in infrastructure and Microsoft 365; acts as a technical advisor bridging customer needs with AvePoint’s platform. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales to drive cloud, infrastructure, and platform modernization initiatives; assessing environments to identify opportunities for optimization, migration, and consolidation; designing and presenting scalable solutions aligned to Microsoft 365 and AvePoint technologies; leading technical discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops; advising on cloud adoption, enterprise architecture, and operational resilience; guiding customers on scalability, cost optimization, security, and governance best practices; supporting end-to-end presales activities including proposals, technical validation, and solution positioning; partnering with account teams to drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities; collaborating with Delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation; supporting internal enablement, product feedback loops, and go-to-market initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Architecture, or Technical Presales
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems
- Experience with migration, backup, security, and governance solutions
- Ability to design and communicate enterprise-scale architectures
- Experience supporting enterprise sales environments and complex deals
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
