Job Summary
Design and deliver tailored VXretail solution experiences aligned to customer objectives, translating retail energy mid-to-back-office challenges into compelling value narratives. Partner with Sales on discovery, messaging, and presentation strategy to drive initial demonstrations and shortlist opportunities. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop reusable presentation assets and improve demonstration flows. This role requires 5+ years of retail utility presales experience and SaaS demonstration skills, with a salary range of $100,000 to $125,000. The position is fully remote and includes benefits such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401K match, and flexible PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retail utility presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering roles
- Retail utility domain knowledge, including CIS, billing, transaction management, and customer engagement
- SaaS demonstration experience
- Strong communication and value-based storytelling skills
