Job Summary
Senior Solutions Consultant at Humanity Labs, remote with travel, serving as the technical and operational authority on AI Workforce capabilities to map value opportunities to partner needs. Responsible for scoping how opportunities are defined, designing solutions, and building multi-phase capacity expansion roadmaps. Leads discovery sessions and workshops with partner and prospect leads; translates complex business processes into actionable process maps, workflows, and prioritized backlogs; collaborates with Strategic Partner Directors and Trust pillar to advance engagements and deliver measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, management consulting, or business process advisory roles
- Demonstrated experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, or consulting engagements with senior operations stakeholders
- Track record of translating complex business processes into structured, delivered outcomes
- Experience collaborating with both existing partner and prospect engagement teams within the same role or across adjacent roles
