Job Summary
Deliver world-class customer support in German and English by troubleshooting and resolving inquiries on leading digital platforms. Collaborate with international teammates to ensure flawless experiences across apps, payments, and media services. Maintain a solutions-driven approach while thriving in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Join a hands-on 2-week onboarding program and enjoy flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours daily. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in German & English (written and spoken)
- Strong communicator with a natural flair for problem solving
- Must be available for flexible shifts (4h / 6h / 8h per day), Monday to Sunday, 09:00 17:00
- Must be able to work On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
