Job Summary
Guide customers through non-technical troubleshooting for major digital platforms including apps, payments, and media. Deliver outstanding support and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint while collaborating in a multicultural team. Fluency in both Czech and English is required alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills. This on-site role in Sofia features flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday and includes a comprehensive three-week training program. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Czech and English (both spoken and written)
