Job Summary
Liaise directly with technical and senior customer contacts to establish an in-depth understanding of customer business objectives and technical requirements. Identify and develop technical solutions from the Company portfolio in line with customer needs, analyzing requirements to design appropriate customer solutions. Build positive relationships with internal product, provisioning, and support teams to ensure buy-in for effective delivery and support. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of suppliers and their processes to ensure proposed solutions meet required timescales, while producing costs to support the technical design. Provide design solutions for additional customer requirements by working with Engineering and Product Management to assist in the standardization of bespoke solutions. Deliver compelling software solutions to clients in a fast-paced US office environment, requiring reliable commuting of 3-4 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience as a Solutions Consultant or Architect, typically of at least 4 years
- Highly technical background, specifically within the CCaaS or SaaS space
- Experience in building bespoke technical solutions
- Proven ability to form strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Good organisational skills with the ability to be able to manage multiple work streams
- Highly creative and analytical
- Must have the right to work in the USA
- Must be able to reliably commute to the offices a minimum of 3-4 days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the telecommunications ecosystem
- Strong background in a client-facing SaaS or CCaaS environment
- History of engaging at CXO level
- Consultancy based approach
- Focus around personalisation of the messaging based on the buying centre's role
- Ability to design and develop solutions in accordance with actual customer requirements to meet and exceed their needs in a timely manner
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
