Job Summary
Senior, business-focused Solutions Consultant for Benelux responsible for bridging sales and customer success, conducting on-site and remote assessments, building business cases and ROI analyses, and delivering engaging demonstrations that articulate value to operational and executive audiences. Requires 5+ years in manufacturing operations, CI coaching, or solutions consulting, fluency in Dutch and English, deep knowledge of OEE, downtime, throughput, and quality, experience crafting ROI models, and hands-on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or related methodologies. Travel across Benelux up to 75% with remote work option; role emphasizes translating operator insights into measurable value and fostering ongoing adoption and value realization across manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a manufacturing operations, CI coaching, operations consulting, or solutions consulting role
- Fluency in Dutch and English — written and spoken
- Proven track record of driving behavioral and cultural change in manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of production KPIs — OEE, downtime, throughput, quality
- Demonstrated experience building business cases and ROI models for operational improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Comfort working with digital systems, dashboards, and analytics tools
- BA or BS in a relevant field — Engineering, Manufacturing, Organisational Leadership, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management
