Job Summary
Leverage technical and industry expertise to onboard users and client data onto Addepar, delivering high-value outcomes aligned with client expectations. Effectively manage project lifecycles by proactively communicating status to internal and external leadership while minimizing effort through scalable processes and pre-configured templates. Own historical data conversions from start-to-finish, ensuring retention driven by high client satisfaction and reference-ability. Manage scope changes and delivery assurance for external, third-party engagements while maintaining 100% compliance with gold standard documentation. Prioritize and context-switch to execute simultaneous projects, utilizing discretion over your schedule and strong self-reliance to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications

- Candidates must have superior communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- A deep understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems
- The ideal candidate must be independent, adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients via email, on the phone, and face-to-face
- Passion for technology and finance
- Occasional Travel
Desired Qualifications
- Professional experience in Project management, Financial Services or Consulting is preferred
- Prior client-facing experience is a plus
- Process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement
- A hunger and willingness to learn
