Job Summary
Leverage technical and industry expertise to onboard users and client data onto Addepar, delivering high-value client outcomes aligned with expectations. Effectively manage project lifecycles by prioritizing simultaneous projects, minimizing duration through scalable processes, and ensuring retention driven by high client satisfaction. Own historical data conversions from start-to-finish, manage scope changes, and maintain 100% compliance with gold standard documentation. Proactively communicate project health to senior leadership and develop best-practice methodologies for external, third-party engagements. This role requires UK work rights, displays discretion over schedule, and involves occasional travel.
Required Qualifications

- A deep understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems
- The ideal candidate must be independent, adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients via email, on the phone, and face-to-face

Desired Qualifications
- Professional experience in Project management, Financial Services or Consulting is preferred
- Prior client-facing experience is a plus
- Process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement
- Passion for technology and finance
