Job Summary
Pre-sales SE-focused role supporting top Japanese enterprise customers in finance and media/retail services. Responsibilities include conducting customer analyses, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions; building trust as a technical advisor; delivering compelling product demonstrations; providing design support for PoC, architecture overview, and platform migrations; guiding customers through technical issues and delivering best-practice recommendations. Requires deep understanding of customer network environments and security controls, experience with network design (LAN/WAN, BGP, OSPF), security products (firewall/UTM/SASE/CASB), strong problem-solving and communication skills in Japanese (and reading/writing in English). The role emphasizes pre-sales activities, multi-product security solutions, and engagement with large global accounts, with a hybrid office-work model in Tokyo.
Required Qualifications

- 論理的な思考およびコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語能力(流暢またはネイティブレベル)
- 英語力(読み書きレベル)
