Job Summary
Solutions Center Representative serves as the dependable first point of contact for customers, resolving questions and concerns accurately and efficiently by applying bank guidelines and connecting customers to the right resources. Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, documenting interactions, addressing account and product inquiries using bank policies, troubleshooting requests, routing calls as needed, and maintaining a courteous service experience on every call. A typical day runs Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with 1–2 Saturdays per month (9:00 a.m.–noon); work-from-home flexibility with a structured routine. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
