Job Summary
Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and electronic inquiries regarding deposits, withdrawals, payments, loan operations, and account maintenance. Resolve customer issues by consulting product knowledge, processing transactions, and troubleshooting online banking access. Adhere to strict security protocols, including multi-factor authentication and identity confirmation, while maintaining high accuracy in document preparation and fee adjustments. Meet daily call volume targets and productivity goals within scheduled shifts, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or remotely as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years previous banking experience
- able to deal with customers under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy
- strong interpersonal skills
- strong verbal and written communications skills
- able to handle confidential information
- Substantial knowledge of BayCoast Bank's products and services
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends
- Must be able to work remotely

- Must be able to handle an average of 100 calls in an eight (8) hour day
