Job Summary
Lead customer discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps while partnering with Python and React development teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle. Support QA, UAT, release planning, and production deployments by analyzing APIs, integrations, data mapping, and workflow automation. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines to Product Leadership and Software Engineering. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Pacific Time, with two flexible evening collaboration sessions per week for the India-based engineering team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar experience
- Experience gathering requirements from customers and stakeholders
- Experience writing user stories and functional requirements
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- SaaS software experience
- Knowledge of Python, React, REST APIs, integrations, and Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps
- Experience with compliance, supplier management, procurement, ESG, risk, or vendor management platforms
