Job Summary
Design comprehensive, end-to-end solutions leveraging Zoho applications and third-party integrations, including CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, People, and Projects. Develop architecture diagrams, data models, and integration workflows while defining implementation standards for security and scalability. Lead configuration, customization, and deployment across core applications, implementing Deluge scripts, automated workflows, and API-driven logic. Integrate systems using Zoho Flow, REST APIs, and webhooks, managing data migration and synchronization to maintain accuracy. Establish governance policies, conduct regular audits for optimization, and maintain documentation for all configurations. Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, providing expert guidance to internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, People, Projects, Flow, Analytics, Sign, and related platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, and custom function development
- Experience with Zoho Flow, Zoho Catalyst, or low-code application development
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data transformation techniques
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and architectural design abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring technical teams
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into effective, technology-driven solutions
- 5+ years of experience implementing Zoho-based solutions or equivalent CRM/ERP systems
- 2+ years in a solution architecture, technical lead, or senior consultant capacity
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom middleware is advantageous
- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Administrator, Zoho Creator Developer) are preferred
