Job Summary
Solutions Architect to embed in the Sales organization, owning the technical conversation in enterprise sales cycles, designing integration architectures and workflows between Worksome and customer systems (HRIS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM; provisioning like ServiceNow, Okta; procurement like Coupa, Ariba), and shaping the pre-sales architecture function from scratch. The role involves producing credible integration blueprints, defining agentic AI integration stories, coordinating across Sales, Product, and Implementation Services, and building scalable SA playbooks and collateral. Requires strong pre-sales/solutions-architecture experience in enterprise SaaS, API design and integrations, and the ability to articulate security, data residency, and multi-stakeholder perspectives to IT, HRIS, and Procurement audiences. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or a technical consulting role at an enterprise SaaS company
- Experience designing API-based integrations and data flows: REST, OAuth, webhooks, middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi, and SFTP-based batch flows
- Working knowledge of provisioning and identity systems (ServiceNow, Okta), procurement platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba), and timesheet and billing connectors
- Fluency in English
- Comfort discussing enterprise security requirements: data residency, encryption standards, SLA commitments
- A formed point of view on agentic AI and how LLM-based layers interact with enterprise platforms via APIs and orchestration frameworks
- Experience working across HR, Procurement, IT, and Finance stakeholders
- Flexible on working hours across time zones
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and building things from scratch
- Nice to have: experience with contingent workforce management, MSP/VMS environments, or the broader external workforce ecosystem
- Prior experience at an FMS, VMS, EOR, or Payroll platform
- Hands-on experience building or evaluating AI agent workflows (LangChain, CrewAI, or similar) in an enterprise context
- Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (or Denmark-based)
