Job Summary
Solutions Architect role in Bengaluru leading design and delivery of AI-powered enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. Combines architectural leadership with hands-on engineering to architect scalable systems, integrate Generative AI and LLMs, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), build prompt engineering frameworks and AI orchestration, and drive observability, security, and production excellence. Will mentor engineering teams, collaborate across product/engineering/business stakeholders, and guide hiring and development in AI/platform domains.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building production-grade Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience designing scalable enterprise applications with microservices and cloud-native architectures
- Deep understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and agent-based workflows
- Proven experience architecting distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
- Strong fundamentals in system design, security, scalability, and performance
- Experience leading technical architecture initiatives and mentoring engineering teams
- Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and production operations
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance, data privacy, and risk mitigation
- Experience in complex enterprise software or data-intensive environments
