Solutions Architect - Thermal

Provide local technical support and design input for major projects and data centre solutions while supporting the sales team to achieve business targets. Deliver daily interaction with key functional areas, including end users, contractors, facility managers, and industry bodies. Assist sales staff with technical information on Vertiv products, review submitted documentation, and prepare Bills of Materials or third-party quotes as required. Conduct customer presentations to guide product selection and ensure all calls and demonstrations are pre-planned with adequate backup material. Maintain professional relationships with consultants and contractors while adhering to PSA procedures and company policies. Complete all work in a timely manner and undergo product training as directed by management.
