Job Summary
Solutions Architect responsible for owning architecture across functional areas, ensuring scalability and maintainability; collaborate with the central Architecture team to align with vision, standards, and guidelines; partner with Product Leaders to define architectural roadmaps; coordinate with DevOps, Application Security, Platform, and Database teams for consistency; define non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability, maintainability); empower development teams in solution design; decompose technical solutions into delivery plans with scope, milestones, and dependencies; provide ongoing technical leadership throughout the software delivery lifecycle; drive architectural initiatives while ensuring compliance with standards; remain hands-on by contributing code when needed and evaluating new technologies and PoCs; design systems, interfaces, and documentation with AI-assisted delivery in mind to enable compliant, high-quality AI-driven development.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and documenting software architectures, with a strong focus on modern web platforms and distributed front-end architectures (e.g., Microfrontends and Module Federation)
- Experience working in multidisciplinary roles that combine Software Architecture, Software Development, Technical Leadership, Business Analysis, Project Delivery, and Web Performance Optimization
- Strong ability to analyze problems from both business and engineering perspectives, designing solutions that satisfy technical requirements while delivering outstanding user experiences and scalable web applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Extensive hands-on software development experience, with the ability to contribute as a senior individual contributor when required, particularly using modern component-based frameworks and rendering strategies such as Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Strong experience documenting complex architectures, technical solutions, and integration patterns in a clear, structured, and concise manner, including front-end integration with modular APIs and backend services
- Proven ability to estimate effort, timelines, milestones, iterations, and project scope with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, responding effectively to changing priorities, and adapting architectural strategies when necessary
- Experience designing and building applications on major cloud platforms, with a solid understanding of technologies that enable global web application delivery, including CDNs and edge computing
- Sound judgment in guiding engineering teams on the responsible use of AI throughout the software delivery lifecycle, establishing clear expectations around code review, accountability, governance, and quality
